Lyndsay's areas of expertise span a diverse spectrum, with a particular focus on women’s health, pelvic floor treatment and rehabilitation, postpartum care, injury treatment and prevention, and paediatric osteopathic care. Her true passion lies in uncovering the underlying causes of injuries or pain and harnessing the transformative power of Pilates for comprehensive rehabilitation. Having personally faced the challenges of pelvic instability during her own pregnancies and postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction, she intimately understands the distress and discomfort that such conditions can bring, which fuels her determination to assist other women in finding solace from similar struggles.

Lyndsay embarked on her journey as an Osteopath in 2009, initially practicing in two bustling clinics in her hometown of Tasmania. In search of a change in surroundings, she and her family relocated to the Sunshine Coast in 2016, where she has continued to fervently pursue her calling in the field of Osteopathy.
Lyndsay takes immense pride in being a devoted mother to three wonderful boys. She carries the same unwavering dedication and passion she exhibits in her professional life into her family life. Despite her demanding schedule, she finds joy in the art of dance and maintains an active lifestyle, a testament to her enduring love for movement and her holistic approach to well-being.
LISA MATHEWS
Lisa Mathews is a highly skilled therapist whose proficiency in remedial massage stems from her comprehensive training at Q Academy. With a career dedicated to the art of healing through touch, Lisa's hands weave a narrative of commitment and experience.
Having honed her craft over the years, she specialises in massaging athletes, guiding them towards peak performance with precision and care. What sets Lisa apart is her genuine passion for cupping therapy, a technique she seamlessly incorporates into her sessions upon request.

DR. SARAH CAMERON
Dr Sarah Cameron is a fully qualified and registered osteopath after completing her 5 year double degree in Bachelor of Health Science and Bachelor of Applied Science (Osteopathy) at RMIT University.
Sarah’s motivation to become an osteopath was driven by her own personal experiences following sporting injuries, which lead to her interest in health and the human body, Growing up, Sarah was involved in competitive tennis, dancing and athletics. After receiving a whole body approach treatment, Sarah could see a significant improvement in her injuries. Due to this approach and the results it produced, motivated Sarah to pursue a career as an Osteopath.

For the past 6 years Sarah has worked at a local football club in Melbourne. Through this she has gained further knowledge on the prevention, treatment and management of sporting injuries. This also gave her a further appreciation of the pressure on athletes to be able to return to sport.
Sarah is passionate about helping people achieve positive health changes by combining manual therapy and physical activity, empowering the patient through education of their compliant, actively listening and being empathetic to their concerns. As a practitioner she focuses on addressing the underlying causes of injuries to prevent their reoccurrence and tailoring treatment to the patient’s specific needs and goals.
Sarah also holds a certification in myofascial dry needling and cupping.
Outside of work Sarah enjoys spending time with family and friends, discovering new beaches and trying different cafes and restaurants.

DR. BEC MALON
Rebecca grew up in Melbourne and upon graduating from RMIT University in 2010 decided to chase the sun and moved to Brisbane where she practised for 11 years before relocating to the Sunshine Coast. Bec comes from a strong sporting background, primarily running and was a triathlete in a past life, she is currently an absolute beginner surfer and welcomes any tips. For the last 4 years Bec has also been a curriculum facilitator and lecturer in the Myotherapy degree at Endeavour College of Natural Health.
Over the years Bec has developed a passion for women's health particularly pre and postnatal care, pelvic pain and endometriosis. This has led Bec to do further training in internal assessment and treatment of pelvic floor and pelvic conditions. Bec is also a qualified Clinical Nutritionist and primarily sees people for women's health issues and fertility support.

DR. LOTTIE GRIST
Lottie is a British trained APHRA registered Osteopath, graduating in 2017 with a Master of Osteopathy. Upon finishing her studies, Charlotte worked in multi-health practitioner clinics in West Yorkshire (UK), before making the move to pursue her dreams of working and living in Australia.
Lottie has always had a fascination with the human body, its complex structure and its ability to maximise function and heal itself.
She prides herself in making patient education a key part of her practice. She formulates individualised management plans alongside treatment to provide her clients with the tools to continue their journey towards optimal health outside of the treatment room.
Lottie carried out training in the UK with the British Medical Acupuncture Society (BMAS) and has more recently updated her training here in Australia to be able to use dry needling as an additional treatment tool within the clinic. Lottie has an interest in Alternative medicine since healing her own health challenges with a variety of modalities aimed to treat the mind, body and spirit. Her own experience in the importance of gut health has lead her to study Functional Nutrition with the Nutrition Academy and Integrated movement kinesiology with the CHEK institute to broaden her skills to allow for a more holistic approach in clinic.
In her spare time Lottie enjoys keeping fit by challenging herself with group fitness classes involving resistance training, hand balancing and breath work. She enjoys cooking and baking healthy food and she loves reading or listening to podcasts about all things health, wellness and self-development. On the weekends you will often find her making the most of Queensland’s warmer climate, exploring new places and enjoying the Sunshine Coast beaches.
